Hire rooms at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine

We offer meeting rooms for hire in our modern building located close to Angel in Islington.

Our meeting rooms are fully air conditioned and room hire includes complimentary refreshments, flipchart and free WiFi. Our two rooms can be set up for meetings, training courses or presentations and both are equipped with a 60” high definition monitor with built in sound system.

You can also hire the use of a laptop, conference call facility and we can host additional catering if you want to provide lunch for your attendees.

About our room hire

If you are interested in hiring a meeting room, please email us at fpm@fpm.org.uk to discuss your requirements.

FPM have completed a risk assessment and have the following preventive measures to minimize risks:

• Staying up to date on the latest developments and recommendations from the Government
• Visible signage and hand sanitiser as you enter the building
• The lift has been marked and it is now one person per lift for those that need it
• Making hand sanitizer available throughout the venue
• Good ventilation including an air purifyier for when its too cold to open windows
• Providing awareness materials for all employees to train in protection measures including staying home and away from the workplace if they are sick, respiratory etiquette and proper hand hygiene
• After each meeting, we will deep clean each room to ensure the room is safe for the next meeting.

About FPM member rates

FPM members (all categories) can hire our meeting rooms at the same rate offered to charities if they are attending the meeting in person.

We also have a communal Members’ Area with self-serve tea and coffee facilities which members can use free of charge for informal meetings with no booking required (open weekdays 9:00-17:00).
