On this page, we share previously released internal and external updates with our members and the broader pharmaceutical medicine community. These resources were relevant at the time of publication but may now be outdated.
We have collaborated with experts to produce a series of key blog articles, which can be read below. Although these articles remain scientifically rigorous and referenced, please note that they reflect the state of knowledge at the time of their release and may not include the latest developments.
Additionally, we have been actively involved in influencing policy, both independently and in collaboration with partner organizations, to ensure best practices were adhered to in clinical settings and in the ongoing search for treatments at that time.
Building on insights from our COVID-19 workshop report and recommendations, this free e-learning series on managing respiratory diseases addresses key conditions like COVID-19, influenza, and RSV. It provides healthcare professionals with in-depth knowledge on clinical presentations, treatments, and practical case studies. This series emerged from our extensive research into respiratory disease management, as highlighted in our COVID-19 workshop report.

FPM put out a statement welcoming the increase in funding and expansion of the AGILE COVID-19 clinical trials platform.
Aware that COVID-19 may have affected ongoing trials in other therapy areas, FPM surveyed its membership at the end of 2020 to gather their voices on these secondary effects of the pandemic.
