Essential Leadership Skills for Pharmaceutical Physicians: Developing emotional intelligence as a leader

Monday 12 October 2020
13:30-16:30

Building and maintaining a positive working environment with people can prove challenging. This workshop will give you some insight into developing effective working relationships through a deeper emotional intelligence. Learn approaches to maximise your leadership impact within your team and organisation.

The workshop will help you to:

  • Increase self-awareness of your emotions and how they are perceived by others;

  • explore how being self-aware and transparent can build trust in a team and within your organisation; and

  • consider your behaviours and habits that will ultimately improve your team’s productivity.

By the end of the workshop you’ll be better able to:

  • recognise the emotional and social skills you have that will inform your leadership style;

  • identify the behaviours that you need to build an effective leadership style; and

  • develop open and honest relationships with your team.

There is also the optional of doing an emotional intelligence online self-assessment (at an additional cost). Mario Moustras is a qualified EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 practitioner.
