Essential Leadership Skills for Pharmaceutical Physicians: Improving your leadership mindset
Monday 5 October 2020
13:30-16:30
Successful leaders not only have the appropriate skills and experience for the job but they also have a good mindset. A good mindset enables a successful leader to improve their team’s performance, become more resilient and be more receptive to learning. This is becoming increasingly important for pharmaceutical physicians who lead people on programmes in today’s ever-changing environment.
This workshop will introduce you to some simple routines and habits that will help you acquire a more successful mindset.
The workshop will help you to:
-
understand why having a good leadership mindset is important; and
-
create habits to improve your own leadership mindset
By the end of the workshop, you’ll be better able to:
-
develop a leadership mindset that will contribute to improving the performance of your team;
-
use a growth mindset; and
-
build resilience.
