Webinar: Working virtually with cross-functional teams (7 May)

Thursday 7 May 2020

Pharmaceutical physicians work with people internally and externally from different disciplines and backgrounds. Building and maintaining a good collaborative environment is especially challenging when teams and colleagues are dispersed geographically.

This lunchtime webinar will give you an understanding of how to build and maintain effective collaborative relationships when working remotely with cross-functional teams.

How will the training help you?

By the end of the webinar, you’ll be better able to:

  • build rapport and commitment with people you work with; and

Who should attend?

This training is designed to be useful to all pharmaceutical physicians especially those are aspiring or established leaders.
