The British Menopause Society recently launched new menopause practice standards to help guide and support health professionals delivering menopause care.

The aim of the standards is to provide evidence-based recommendations and guidance on best menopause practice to support healthcare practitioners delivering menopause care in line with current national and international guidelines and recommendations.

The Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine helped to produce the new Menopause Practice Standards along with other royal colleges and faculties including the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG), Society for Endocrinology (SfE), Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health (FSRH), and the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS).
