CPD certificate error update

FPM would like to apologise to all those affected by the system error on Thursday 21 September 2023, which caused CPD certificates to be emailed to delegates who had attended past FPM events.

We would like to reassure everyone that no action is required and that you may delete the emails or ignore them. Emails have only been sent to those who had registered for events and there was no breach of data to any third parties.

Unfortunately CPD certificates were sent for all events, whether or not they would confer CPD – i.e. certificates were sent for the FPM annual dinner and awards ceremony, which are not eligible for CPD. Please ignore these.

The error has now been rectified and no further emails should be sent. However, if you do continue to receive erroneous emails please contact fpm@fpm.org.uk
