FPM welcomes new Chair of Trainees Committee

Dr Hexter commented:

“As Chair of the Trainees Committee, I am excited to champion the voice of pharmaceutical medicine trainees and ensure our experiences help shape the future of training. I look forward to working closely with FPM’s Executive Committee, advising on education and standards, and representing trainees on external platforms such as the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges.

Now in my final year of PMST, I understand the challenges and opportunities of specialty training first-hand. My goal is to make PMST even more enriching and rewarding for future trainees, ensuring they feel supported, heard, and empowered throughout their journey. By fostering open communication between trainees and FPM, I hope to strengthen our training community and drive positive change. I am grateful for this opportunity and excited about the impact we can achieve together.”

We are so pleased to be working with Dr Hexter as Chair and would like to extend our thanks to him for generously offering his time and insights to support the Committee.
