Update on the PharmaTrain Syllabus for CPM/DPM Candidates & DPM Training Delegates

The PharmaTrain Syllabus is used worldwide by universities and course providers to develop and deliver courses and examinations in pharmaceutical medicine.

At FPM, the PharmaTrain 2018 syllabus underpins the question development for the Certificate in Pharmaceutical Medicine (CPM) and Diploma in Pharmaceutical Medicine (DPM). FPM’s DPM Training Programme, which supports candidates in preparing for these exams, is also aligned with the 2018 syllabus.

The Syllabus is a working and living document that will undergo regular revision. The latest update, Revision 3.0, became available on Monday 1 April 2024.

After careful consideration, the Exams and Training Team at FPM have collectively decided to continue using the 2018 syllabus for the CPM and DPM exams, and the DPM Training Programme in 2025.

FPM will provide a further update when the revised syllabus is adopted, ensuring exam candidates and training delegates are given ample notice to prepare.
